Customers have the right to request a cancellation of their order only if the order has not yet been accepted for processing. This means that cancellation is possible only if: 

The payment for the order has not been received, or 

The delivery or execution of the ordered services has not yet started. 

Once the client begins receiving the ordered services, the order cannot be cancelled.
