5.1. The site offers sounds/music tracks for sale with various pricing plans. By making a purchase on musicct.com, you agree to pay the specified price for the selected sounds/music track(s).
5.2. CORSERVICES LTD reserves the right to change the pricing of music tracks at any time without prior notice.

6.1. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase the Services. You also promise that all information you have provided is accurate and true. You authorize us to perform validation checks and authorization with the card issuer.
Obligation

a) Reverse engineer, or attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble any code or software from or on the Website or Services;
b) Violate the security of the Website or Services through any unauthorized access, circumvention of encryption or other security tools, data mining or interference to any host, user or network;

Payment
10.1. Prices are displayed in USD and AUD. Payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. CORSERVICES LTD does not store payment card details. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination or IP banning.
10.2. CORSERVICES LTD reserves the right to change prices or plan resources at any time.
10.3. Tiered discounts apply up to a maximum of 40%. Additional flat discounts may be offered at the company’s discretion.

Refunds
15.1. Refund requests may be made within 30 days of purchase at www.musicct.com and will be processed within 7 days after approval.
Cancellation
16.1. Orders may only be cancelled before payment confirmation or delivery initiation.
Termination
17.1. CORSERVICES LTD may terminate this agreement at any time if these Terms are violated.
Shipping
18.1. No physical products are shipped.
18.2. Delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation.
18.3. All services are delivered by CORSERVICES LTD.
Miscellaneous
19.1. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw services without notice.
19.2. It is your responsibility to review changes to the Terms.

Severance
20.1. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
